Last night at the Goodwin Company HQ Hangar, we brought people together to celebrate what’s coming in 2026. Rather than your classic tech office with bean bags and ping-pong tables, we hosted inside our HQ hangar in Columbus, Ohio. We're here because we believe building great technology starts with truly surrounding ourselves with the industry and the people we’re building for.

Welcome Brokers + Operators

From the moment charter brokers, operators, employees and guests arrived, we knew this wasn’t going to be an ordinary night (anybody who knows us, knows we do not do ordinary). Nearly 50 brokers and operators from across the industry joined us to explore the part of charter aviation that’s often overlooked, the operational backbone of charter where real logistics, relationships, and revenue are built. The conversations were engaging, the energy was high, and the experience in the room represented hundreds of millions in charter volume.

Goodwin Technology

At Goodwin, our mission has always been simple: build the technology this industry actually needs. Not overwhelming platforms packed with bells and whistles, but intuitive tools that help brokers move faster, close more deals, and operate with confidence. That includes intelligent sourcing, branded proposals, and now, fully embedded banking and payments. With the launch of Goodwin’s banking platform, brokers can move money in real time, manage accounts purpose-built for charter operations, and eliminate delays caused by legacy financial workflows. It’s a major step forward in bringing speed, transparency, and control to how funds move across the charter ecosystem.

The Conversations That Matter Most

What made the night truly meaningful wasn’t just the awesome hangar or the tech, it was the people that filled the room. Brokers and operators from across the industry came together to share real stories, real challenges, and real ideas about where charter aviation is headed next. The conversations were candid, thoughtful, and rooted in experience, reminding us that this platform is 100% driven by the people in the industry.

Goodwin wouldn’t exist without this level of interaction. Every question asked, every perspective shared, and every conversation had helps shape how we build, refine, and push the platform forward. When brokers and operators collaborate, challenge one another, and show up willing to engage, the entire industry moves ahead together. We genuinely believe that when brokers win, we all win.

Moonshot Goals

What really stole the show? The belief in our moonshot ambitions. One of our co-founders even suited up as an astronaut — a playful nod to our deep belief that we’re not just innovating within aviation technology, but aiming to take charter tech “to the moon.” That spirit perfectly matched the debut of our banking and payments capabilities: infrastructure designed to help brokers scale to greater heights, not slow them down.

Throughout the evening, attendees saw live demos of real-time money movement across accounts, showing how modern financial workflows can finally work in aviation: fast, secure, and transparent. This was more than just a night of product demos, it became a space for honest peer discussion about what actually moves the broker channel forward.

Thank You

We also want to give a special shoutout to Will Goodge, who joined us in person. This October, Will is taking on an extraordinary challenge: running 50 marathons in 50 states in just 20 days. At Goodwin, we’re proud to support Will and the mindset he represents — endurance, discipline, and pushing beyond perceived limits. Thank you to everyone who came out, shared insights, and helped fuel the conversations shaping the future of charter technology. If you're a broker or operator interested in connecting with like-minded people in the industry, sign up for Charter Connect 2026!

And as always, Do Good. Have Fun. Get Wins.
