Broker Sales Manager

We're growing quickly and see a significant opportunity to bring more charter brokers onto Goodwin. Success in this market comes from trust, credibility, and strong relationships. We need someone who understands the charter industry firsthand, can speak the language of brokers, and can quickly establish meaningful connections with the people we want to serve. This role drives sales of our platform to charter brokers. Your job is to identify great brokers, build strong relationships, show them how Goodwin can improve the way they work, and ultimately bring them onto the platform. You'll have significant autonomy, spend substantial time in the field, and play a major role in shaping how Goodwin grows.
