- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates, particularly in engineering and technical fields.
- Deliver a positive, transparent candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and adjust recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Track results and provide updates on sourcing activity, hiring metrics, and market trends.
- Support employer branding efforts by representing the company at relevant events and within online communities.
