Job Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated and strategic Recruiter to help grow our team by identifying and hiring high-performing talent across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate has proven success recruiting for technical and engineering roles, with a deep understanding of how to connect specialized skill sets to business needs.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates, particularly in engineering and technical fields.
  • Deliver a positive, transparent candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and adjust recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Track results and provide updates on sourcing activity, hiring metrics, and market trends.
  • Support employer branding efforts by representing the company at relevant events and within online communities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least part of that focused on engineering or technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, interview techniques, and sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data-driven recruitment tools.
