Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js)

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (React) who builds with taste and precision. Someone who understands that beauty, performance, and clarity can coexist, and that great interfaces are not just functional, they are emotional. You will own the front of Goodwin’s experience, the layer people see, touch, and remember. You will turn aviation and fintech workflows into seamless, premium products that look and feel exceptional. You will work closely with our designer to bring Goodwin’s aesthetic to life, while contributing your own expertise in interactions, animations, and modern UI/UX patterns. You stay current on the latest frameworks, transitions, and frontend innovations, and you know how to use them without overdoing them.
This role is for builders who bring elegance to complexity and want their work to represent the future of what software in private aviation can feel like.

• Build and ship frontend systems that define how Goodwin looks and feels
• Translate complex aviation and fintech workflows into fast, intuitive interfaces
• Collaborate with backend, AI, and design teams to deliver cohesive releases
• Elevate performance, accessibility, and motion across every interaction
• Help shape the design language and standards that make Goodwin recognizable

What You’ll Work With

• React / TypeScript: deep experience building scalable, modular architectures
• Next.js: production-level experience with SSR and performance optimization
• Design Systems: an eye for hierarchy, typography, and visual balance
• API Integration: fluent in consuming REST and GraphQL endpoints
• Performance & Motion: obsessed with polish, responsiveness, and subtle delight
• CI/CD & Testing: experience shipping with confidence and precision
