Acquisition embeds catering into the same Goodwin workflow used by brokers to generate proposals, facilitate payments, and manage charter transactions.
COLUMBUS, Ohio — September 14, 2026 — Goodwin Company, the tech banking platform for charter aviation, today announced the acquisition of DineUp, an AI-powered catering platform.
Goodwin generates charter proposals and moves money quickly and transparently between brokers, and aircraft operators. As more transactions move through Goodwin, the company is expanding its embedded digital banking process into previously fragmented workflows, including catering.

“Catering may be a small part of the charter bill, but it has a big impact on how the trip is remembered,” said Ben Clarke, Co-Founder & Co-CEO, Goodwin. “We want brokers to deliver an exceptional client experience without creating more work behind the scenes. Embedded catering from DineUp and embedded checkout from Goodwin make that possible.”
Too often, brokers arranging catering spend valuable time searching for providers, reviewing menus, placing orders, coordinating delivery, and reconciling invoices after the trip. Because these tasks happen outside of the trip’s management system, there is a lot of room for something to go wrong.
DineUp embeds this process directly into trip sheets and client portals. Flyers and brokers can browse restaurants, private chefs, and menus matched to the aircraft, departure location, and trip, view pricing, place orders, and track delivery in one digital interface. All catering line items automatically flow into Goodwin’s Dynamic Trip Ledger, connecting each order to the trip’s invoicing, payments, and accounting.

The integration will launch first with a select group of Goodwin brokers in supported cities, followed by a broader rollout including, operators, and FBOs, with Goodwin powering the payments.
“We built DineUp to make catering a highlight of the trip for flyers, rather than a hassle for brokers,” said Aaron Colodne, Co-Founder, DineUp. “Joining Goodwin lets us put that experience directly into the platform charter businesses already use, with ordering and payments connected from the start.”
The acquisition comes during a period of rapid growth for Goodwin. Active broker customers grew 705% year over year, while Goodwin generated flight legs, a measurement of banking platform utilization, increased 600% during the same period.
