You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering to prototype, test, and integrate AI into real user-facing tools. Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Build AI-driven product features that improve sourcing, quoting, communication, and decision-making.
- Rapidly prototype workflows using tools like LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, and custom agents.
- Translate product goals into experiments, MVPs, and production-ready features.
- Collaborate with design and product to create thoughtful, usable AI integrations.
- Test and fine-tune models, prompts, and workflows based on real-world feedback.
- Stay up to speed on AI trends and help bring the right ones into the product.

- Strong experience building applications with AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines).
- Python proficiency and comfort working full-stack or close to product.
