Attend conferences and industry events to grow awareness, build connections, and spot opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, surface broker insights, and shape growth strategy. Use tools like HubSpot to manage your pipeline and keep communication tight.
Job Requirements Requirements 10+ years in consultative sales, partnerships, or business development Experience selling to service-driven businesses, ideally in charter aviation, logistics, or tech. Strong understanding of customer discovery. You ask smart questions and listen well. Great communication skills. You know how to connect, explain, and follow through. Comfortable at industry events, networking with purpose. Driven, organized, and energized by new conversations.
