Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines across product, operations, and AI features.
- Structure data sources for usability, reliability, and performance.
- Own data architecture, storage design, and access patterns across systems.
- Collaborate with product and ops to define metrics, track performance, and enable reporting.
- Support AI workflows with structured data feeds, embedding generation, and real-time triggers.
- Ensure data integrity, observability, and cost efficiency at scale.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with dbt, Airflow, or similar tools.
- Proven experience designing and managing ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
- Familiarity with event tracking, data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.), and modern BI tools.
- Comfort collaborating across functions, including product, operations, and AI with clarity and urgency.
