Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Own a portfolio of broker relationships, acting as their go-to resource from onboarding through growth.
  • Deliver a smooth, high-touch onboarding experience for new brokers.
  • Monitor broker activity and performance, surfacing insights and offering support before issues arise.
  • Act as the first line of response for broker needs, questions, or escalations.
  • Collaborate across internal teams (Sourcing, Guest Services, Product) to ensure a seamless broker experience.
  • Help shape and refine success processes as we grow by bringing ideas, not just tickets.

  • 10+ years in account management, customer success, or client services.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Experience with CRM tools and operational platforms.
