We’re hiring a Business Operations Manager to make sure our internal operations run like clockwork. You’ll own the performance, tooling, and workflows behind our Sourcing and Guest Services teams, keeping them focused, efficient, and ready to support brokers and operators at scale. You’ll bring structure to the way we work: setting clear goals, tracking key metrics, and building dashboards that help our teams operate with clarity. You’ll also coach team leads and help refine processes so we can deliver faster, with better visibility and higher standards.

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Own performance metrics for Sourcing and Guest Services—tracking what matters, spotting trends, and surfacing insights.
  • Build dashboards and workflow tools that help frontline teams stay aligned and efficient.
  • Set and support goals across service teams, bringing visibility to day-to-day operations and long-term progress.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve internal processes and tools (especially in HubSpot) that support speed and service quality.
  • Coach team leads on operational best practices, bringing a sharp lens to structure, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the broader business has a clear view of what’s working and what needs focus.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • 10+ years in business operations, service operations, or process management, ideally in private aviation, logistics, or a service-driven tech company.
  • Experience working directly with frontline operations teams (like sourcing, support, or service).
  • Strong familiarity with HubSpot and how to configure it for operational efficiency.
  • Analytical mindset. You know how to define, track, and act on performance data.
  • Great communicator and collaborator. You bring people along while driving change.
  • Comfortable creating clarity in fast-paced, growing environments.
