Principal AI Engineer
We’re looking for a Principal AI Engineer to lead how AI shows up across our platform and operations. You’ll design intelligent, modular workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, and help shape how our product thinks and acts in real time. This role blends systems thinking with fast execution. You'll architect and build agent-based flows that make smart decisions, hold state, and adapt dynamically, whether it's powering internal tools or front-line customer features.

What You’ll Do
- Build LangGraph-powered workflows that model complex, stateful logic.
- Develop AI agents that reason, adapt, and act across multi-step flows.
- Spot where AI adds the most value and turn those ideas into working systems.
- Collaborate with product, backend, and ops to map out clean, testable AI pipelines.
- Write production-quality Python code, and integrate AI into our systems and services.
- Deliver production-ready systems that are reliable, observable, and scalable.
- Set the bar for AI engineering and mentor others along the way.

- Proven experience building AI systems with frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or LangSmith.
- Strong Python development skills and comfort working in modern backend environments.
- Experience turning architecture into shipped features—clean code, real deadlines, no handoffs.
- A strategic mindset. You see both the technical and product sides of AI integration.
- Clear, collaborative communication across teams and disciplines.
- Experience shipping AI in production, not just prototypes.
