What You’ll Do
- Lead project planning and delivery across engineering, product, and design.
- Run sprint rituals and Agile ceremonies with just enough process to move fast.
- Track technical work, surface risks early, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies.
- Create clear, actionable plans and then drive them through to completion.
- Keep timelines realistic, not rigid, and make space for iteration and learning.
- Help teams stay focused, aligned, and unblocked.

- 7+ years of technical project management experience in software teams.
- Fluency with Agile frameworks, sprint planning, retros, and backlog management.
- Strong technical acumen. You can speak the language of engineers and understand how systems fit together.
- Startup experience or similar fast-paced environments where priorities shift and speed matters.
- Clear communication and a bias for transparency and action.
- Experience with tools like Asana, Linear, or Jira.
